Ayelen (pronounced “Ashlyn”) is the centerpiece of the office as she runs the day-to-day operations, provides support to all our agents, and coordinates every escrow from accepted offer to the closing. Ayelen has her California real estate license and has worked in real estate and banking for the past 20 years. She has extensive experience in resales, short sales, title process, and mortgage lending making her an invaluable asset to the team. She is also bilingual allowing our team to communicate with clients, occupants, and vendors who speak Spanish.

Ayelen was born in Argentina and moved to the Sacramento Area at the age of 4. She grew up in the area and graduated from Granite Bay High School. She currently lives in Roseville with her family. In her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, hitting the trails, and taking advantage of the rich social scene the Sacramento Area has to offer.

Wonder why her name is spelled so uniquely? Well, in Argentina, the "YE" makes an "SH" sound so while "Ayelen" looks like it should be pronounced "A-lene" or "A-lyn" it's actually pronounced "Ash-lyn!"
