KAITLYN AVERY

Marketing Manager

Kaitlyn creates and enhances the Bishop Real Estate Group’s look and ongoing presence in the marketplace across print and online marketing platforms. She is originally from Sonoma county, born and raised in Rohnert Park, and moved to Roseville her sophomore year of high school. She graduated from Oakmont High School then went on to Sierra College where she received two Associate Degrees: an AA in Social and Behavioral Sciences and an AS in Natural Sciences. In 2014, she graduated with honors from UC Davis with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Technocultural Studies and a minor in Communication.
Kaitlyn enjoys practicing yoga, petting her odd cats (Oscar and Felix), rooting for the Seattle Seahawks and the Golden State Warriors, being commissioner of her fantasy football league, and playing trivia. She’s one of those obnoxious people that runs all the time and ran her first (and maybe only) full marathon in 2019. She picked up golf in 2020 and is spectacularly bad at it, but loves playing nonetheless. Kaitlyn's also an ordained minister (meaning she spent ten seconds typing her name and email address into a website and clicked "Get Ordained") and officiated a wedding in 2021.
