Kristin brings a varied background of sales experience and regional knowledge to the team. Having lived and worked in the Los Angeles Area, Marin County, and San Francisco, Kristin understands the diversity of California and the intricacies of relocating in and out of the Sacramento Area. In 2012, Kristin, her husband, and their three children moved from San Anselmo to Loomis and have loved exploring and making this region their home. She has been actively involved in Granite Bay and Loomis schools, volunteering in the classroom as well as serving on boards for the betterment of our schools. In 2020, Kristin joined the family real estate business, working alongside her sister-- Dana, and her nieces-- Kendra and Kristina (who she thinks of more like sisters). She has a strong sense of design, meticulous attention to detail, and a passion for helping others, skills that align with her career in real estate.

Kristin graduated from Dominican University with a Bachelor's of Arts degree in Humanities/Psychology and also received her nutritionist license from Bauman College. She has been practicing yoga for over 20 years, she’s an avid reader, and loves spending time outdoors, hitting the Placer County trails on the weekends, camping, backpacking, and traveling internationally.
