Nicolette has been working in real estate for 13 years, starting as an assistant in 2007 then transitioning to full-time agent in 2012. Since then, she’s built her successful business on the foundation of being a trusted resource for her clients, exhibiting strong communication skills, and delivering top-notch customer service. Prior to real estate, Nicolette pursued her interest in communications, interning at ABC News in Washington DC where she had the opportunity to interview prominent celebrities and political figures. She later moved to LA and worked as a production assistant for America’s Next Top Model and executive assistant to the executive producer of The Bachelor. It was during this time when she bought her first house and she ended up being recruited by her REALTOR to work as an assistant in her office. Nicolette was able to take the invaluable organization and communication skills she acquired during her tenure at production and news companies and apply them to real estate transactions. She knows that buying and selling real estate starts with listening to and understanding her clients’ wants, needs, and story, and then laying out a plan to help them achieve their goals.

Nicolette is a native Northern Californian and graduated from UC Davis where she majored in Communication and minored in Human Development. After living in LA for 8 years, she realized that Northern California has alway had her heart and she moved back to the Sacramento Area. She currently lives in Roseville and enjoys playing tennis and practicing yoga and pilates. She loves watching baseball and her favorite player is her 11 year old son. She also has 2 fur babies: Harlow, a yorkiepoo, and Luna, a tabby cat.
