Ava develops and refines The Bishop Real Estate Group’s technology and business systems, creating tools systems that make the team more efficient, informed, and prepared in a fast-moving real estate market. Her work focuses on identifying gaps, simplifying processes, reducing manual work, and building smarter ways for the team to manage opportunities and support clients.
Ava’s role blends problem-solving, technology, and innovation in a practical way. She takes real business needs and turns them into systems the team can actually use, helping create more clarity, consistency, and structure across the many moving pieces of the business.
Ava graduated from Sonoma State University in 2025 with a Bachelor’s degree in Communications and was also a collegiate soccer player. Her time as a student-athlete shaped her strong work ethic, competitive drive, and team-first mentality. She brings that same discipline and energy into her work, always looking for ways to contribute, improve, and build something meaningful.
Outside of work, Ava loves staying active, working out and spending time with friends and family. She is always up for a good coffee, a new workout, or any excuse to be around the people she loves.
