Ayelen (pronounced “Ashlyn”) is the centerpiece of the office as she runs the day-to-day operations, provides support to all our agents, and coordinates every transaction from initial agreement to accepted offer to the final closing. Ayelen has her California real estate license and has worked in real estate and banking for the past 24 years. She has extensive experience in resales, short sales, title process, and mortgage lending. She has taken great care to learn and understand every contract and disclosure in a real estate transaction so that she can make sure every file is complete, and every document is thoroughly reviewed. Her exceptional knowledge is a huge asset to our agents and clients and her support is instrumental in continued success of our team. She also has a charismatic and outgoing personality that fosters positive relationships with other agents, vendors, buyers, and sellers. Additionally, she is bilingual allowing our team to communicate with clients, occupants, and vendors who speak Spanish.
Ayelen was born in Argentina and “Y” in her country is pronounced as an “SH” sound which is how “Ayelen” is pronounced “Ashlyn”. She moved to California when she was four and grew up in the Sacramento area, graduating from Granite Bay High School. She currently lives in Roseville and in her free time, she enjoys spending time with her daughter, boating on Folsom Lake, watching true crime documentaries, eating Mexican food, training for the Buffalo Wild Wings’ Blazin’ Wings Challenge, and taking advantage of the area’s rich social scene.
