about the event:
We're inviting our favorite clients to our holiday party at the Folsom Historic District Ice Rink. Come for ice skating, s'mores, fire pits, snacks, or just to hang out with us in historic Downtown Folsom.
DATE:
Thursday, December 11th
TIME:
6:00 P.M. - 7:30 P.M.
We have the rink reserved for an hour and half. Please arrive at 6:00 P.M. to check in, get your skates, and enjoy!

WHO:
This is a family friendly event so everyone is invited. Just be sure to tell us how many people in your party will be skating as we are limited in the number of skaters allowed on the ice. There is no limit to how many can come and hang out and eat s'mores though!
COST:
This is a completely free event!
Nearby parking, skate rental, time on ice, s'mores, and light refreshments are all included for you. The Ice Rink's concession stand will be open if you want to purchase any of their snacks.
GIVEBACK:
(optional) Should you feel inclined to help this holiday season, we will be collecting donations for the local organization
Shine with Purpose.
We have committed to putting together 50 stockings for local children. The stockings will be filled with toiletries and necessities for young kids and teens as well as a $10 gift card to an eatery (Chipotle, Chick-fil-a, etc.) or store (Target, Walmart, etc.).
2 ways to help: If you feel like helping us with our commitment, then we would love for you to bring a gift card to the ice rink that we can include in one of the stockings or send us a venmo (@Dana-Svanum) that we will use to purchase the supplies for the stockings.
WEATHER:
We will closely monitor the weather as we approach our event date. In the event of inclement weather, this event will be postponed to a later date.
WAIVERS
If you're planning on skating, you will need to fill out a waiver. We will have waivers there for you to sign, but if you want to speed up the check in process, you can download the waiver and bring it signed. We can also put it in Docusign for you to fill out as well, if you want us to. Just let me know!
