Kendra is a trusted real estate adviser and consultant who has been actively involved in California real estate for nearly 25 years. Kendra is a Northern California native, having grown up in Marin and Sonoma Counties. After graduating from Ursuline High School in Santa Rosa, she attended CSU Sacramento, where she received a degree in business. She has been a resident of the Sacramento Valley since 1992, having lived in the cities of Sacramento, Folsom, Roseville, and Rocklin and currently residing in Granite Bay. Over the years, she has experienced firsthand the area’s dynamic growth and transformation which has given her a thorough understanding of this market and insightful guidance on everything from area amenities to pricing trends. Kendra has consistently been a top performer in the real estate market and has earned the respect of being a leader in the industry. She has successfully completed thousands of transactions throughout her real estate career, helping hundreds of individuals and families navigate their property journey with confidence. She believes in treating each and every client with confidentiality and respect and always embraces her philosophy of “Integrity is Everything!”.
In her free time, Kendra enjoys time with her kids, travelling, going on a run, and practicing yoga. She is very passionate about giving back to her community and is a big advocate for helping children by supporting local schools and dedicating her time to nonprofits. Additionally, Kendra and her kids are launching her passion project, HugOurMom.com, an organization that will support children of single parent households. She is a proud St. Francis High School and Loyola Marymount University parent and alumni parent of Jesuit High School, St. Albans Country Day School, and Granite Bay High School.
